Chris Cowling is a full time Visual Designer and Educator living in Ontario, California. Chris was a member of Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps from 2001 – 2005. Chris taught at Pacific Crest as a Visual Tech from 2007 – 2009 and then became the Visual Caption Manager from 2010 – 2012. After a brief hiatus from the activity, Chris returned to teach at Pacific Crest from 2015 – 2016. In 2016 Chris began teaching with the Santa Clara Vanguard, where he remained until 2021. In the winter season, Chris was on the Board of Directors for Pulse Percussion from 2014 – 2016. With his true talent and love for teaching Chris became a part of the Instructional Team on the Visual Staff with Pulse from 2017 – 2022.
Chris is fortunate to design for ensembles all over the country. We have clients in California, Texas, Iowa, Mississippi, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.
Currently, Chris is a Visual Instructor for Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps.
